~~The challenging economic environment has impacted negatively on the Council’s effort to meet its General Revenue target. However, sustained enforcement has contributed to the increase in collection of Trade License, Billboards Fees and market fees. The Council’s Transportation Centres still remains the main revenue earner under the self financing activities. It is envisioned that sustained and improved enforcement in all revenue areas will allow the Council to meet or surpass its revenue target for financial year 2014/2015.
